The Center helps reduce business overhead costs by providing free or low cost access to the following shared facilities, services and equipment: spacious lobby and reception center; restroom and shower facilities; conference room with audio visual equipment; Recessed and at-grade truck docks; Copier, fax and mail services; forklift and material handling equipment; business library resource center; trash removal services; notary services; business identification signage; and an employee lunch room with vending services.
